You will be sent your imaging report following your appointment
If you are covered by medical insurance
To access this service, you’ll need medical insurance and authorisation from your provider.
Our team will handle the rest, ensuring you’re in safe hands so you can focus on your wellbeing.
After booking, you’ll receive a letter with scan details and any preparation required, followed by a reminder text if needed.
Your results will be sent directly to your referrer after the scan.
If you have been referred by a third party
To access this service through a third party, your provider must authorise your scan.
Our patient service team will contact you to arrange an appointment, offering times and dates to suit you.
After booking, you’ll receive a letter with scan details and any preparation required, followed by a reminder text if applicable.
Your results will be sent directly to your referrer after the scan.
How To Change Or Cancel Appointments
We understand that circumstances change and you may have to adjust your appointment. To do this, simply call our Patient Services Team and we will be happy to help.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so it may be given to someone else and keep waiting lists down.
