Access to our service
You must be referred by your clinician/GP practice as we cannot book an appointment without a referral. Your GP has access to the e-Referral system where Diagnostic Healthcare publishes all available appointments.
Once your appointment is made, a letter will be generated automatically with information about your scan and any preparation required. This will be followed, where appropriate, with a reminder text message. Once your scan is completed, your results will be sent directly to your GP/referring clinician.
How To Change Or Cancel Appointments
We understand that circumstances change and you may have to adjust your appointment. To do this, simply call our Patient Services Team and we will be happy to help.
If, for any reason, you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so it may be given to someone else and keep waiting lists down.
